      Counts for the realignment area plus the shore between Pye's Hall and the RAF base.   The Black Brant was relocated with 180 Brents on the realignment and there were also about 600 other Brents to and fro especially at the Grainthorpe end.    Other wildfowl were 55 Mallard, 97 Teal and 320 Shelducks.   Waders were 140 Redshanks, 600 Oystercatchers, 50 Dunlin, 30 Sanderlings, 47 Curlews, 350 Lapwings, 46 Golden Plovers and 3 Ruffs.    Other waterbirds included 26 Little Egrets, 5 Grey Herons, 6 Cormorants, Mediterranean Gull and 9 Little Grebes.
      A party of 16 Corn Buntings was a welcome find, also a Lapland Bunting, 170 Skylarks, 2 Pied Wagtails, 2 Rock Pipits, 18 Linnets, 75 Goldfinches, Goldcrest, Hen Harrier, 2 Kestrels and a Peregrine.
