49 Whooper Swans and 12 Mute Swans on the fields at the south end along with 220 Lapwings, 260 Golden Plovers, 750 Wood Pigeons and a Common Buzzard.   Not much on the dunes, best being 4 Teal, Little Grebe, Pied Wagtail, Song Thrush and Goldcrest.   On the shore were 65 Curlews, 7 Redshanks and 6 Cormorants.
