A rather quiet WeBS count around the realignment area.   Waders were 7 Oystercatchers, 59 Dunlin, 24 Avocets, 42 Redshanks, one Greenshank, 4 Little Ringed Plovers, one Curlew and 3 Whimbrel.    Wildfowl were 40 Shelducks, 15 Teal, 16 Mallard, 4 Tufted Ducks and a Greylag Goose.   Also noted were 10 Little Egrets, 9 Cormorants, 2 Kestrels, 50 Twite, 33 Linnets, 4 Pied Wagtails, one Yellow Wagtail, 10 Swallows and 2 Chiffchaffs.
         On the shore, outside the count area were 160 Brent Geese, 120 Oystercatchers, 100 Dunlin and 16 Grey Plovers.
