A seawatch between 0930 and 1100 saw northerly passage of 91 Gannets, 62 Sandwich Terns, 4 Common Terns, one Arctic Tern, 11 Little Terns and 10 Black Terns. To the south were 10 Common Scoters, one Sooty Shearwater and one Fulmar. A Peregrine flew south along the shore where other birds included 14 Cormorants, 75 Oystercatchers, 55 Knot, 33 Curlews, 2 Whimbrels, 3 Dunlin, 10 Sanderlings, 2 Grey Plovers and a Turnstone.
22 Lapwings, a Yellow Wagtail and 2 Pied Wagtails were on the coastal fields, while along the flashes were 7 Redshanks, 3 Greenshanks, a Common Sandpiper, 3 Green Sandpipers, a Grey Heron, 8 Little Egrets, 4 Teal and 3 Kestrels.
