Two Little Terns passed north at sea and 2 Sandwich Terns south, but these were merely transient birds.   When I returned to the dunes, the birds of the day were 2 Spoonbills that headed south.   Other birds of note were 13 Little Egrets, 3 Grey Herons, 2 Kestrels, Common Buzzard, 11 Shelducks, 10 Mallard, 6 Tufted Ducks, 17 Oystercatchers, 7 Redshanks, 2 Cormorants, 3 Cuckoos, 40 Stock Doves, 650 Starlings, 7 Corn Buntings, 3 Yellow Wagtails, Swift and 3 House Martins.
