The cut lucerne field attracted 40 Stock Doves and a Golden Plover.   Other birds of note included 2 Yellow Wagtails, 4 Corn Buntings, 3 Cuckoos, Turtle Dove, 3 Willow Warblers, 2 Blackcaps, Lesser Whitethroat, Sedge Warbler, 171 Swifts, 16 Swallows, 2 House Martins, 2 Little Egrets, Grey Heron, 9 Tufted Ducks, 9 Shelducks, 6 Canada Geese, 2 Kestrels, Barn Owl, 4 Lesser Black-backs, 3 Cormorants and 2 Gannets
