         Additional records by CA for yesterday included 12 Twite, Hen Harrier and Marsh Harrier.

         A Marsh Harrier at the south end this morning was perhaps the same bird.   When last seen it was spiralling high and out to the SE over the shore. Other raptors were 2 Common Buzzards, Kestrel and a Sparrowhawk.
         Two White Wagtails were the first of the spring and 3 other alba wagtails passed to the north.   On the flashes and marsh were 8 Little Egrets, 21 Mallard, 140 Teal, 25 Tufted Ducks, a Cormorant, 14 Coots, 7 Little Grebes, Common Snipe, 12 Redshanks, 21 Meadow Pipits and a Rock Pipit.
         Two Lesser Black-backs and a Common Scoter flew south at sea.   13 Mute Swans and 95 Curlews were on the coastal fields.   Also of note were 2 Grey Partridges, 8 Blackbirds and a Redwing.
         In the evening, 1,800 Starlings came in to roost in my garden.
