         A walk from Stonebridge to Pye's Hall and then around the realignment area.   Waders were 520 Oystercatchers, 240 Redshanks, 510 Dunlin, 500 Knot, 33 Curlews, 460 Golden Plovers, 370 Lapwings, 11 Turnstones and one Common Snipe.   180 Pink-footed Geese headed south and other wildfowl were 450 Brent Geese, 5 Mute Swans, 32 Mallard, 35 Teal and 190 Shelducks.   Other waterbirds were 14 Little Egrets, 3 Little Grebes and 7 Cormorants.

         4 Kestrels and a Peregrine were present, also at least one Short-eared Owl.   60 Twite and 80 Goldfinches seen, plus a Stonechat, 5 Meadow Pipits, 12 Rock Pipits, 2 Pied Wagtails, 12 Blackbirds, one Mistle Thrush and one Redwing.
