Not many birds seen at the south end in the stiff south-westerly wind and overcast conditions.   The only warblers were 3 Willow Warblers and 3 Common Whitethroats, plus 200 Linnets, 2 Song Thrushes, 6 Mistle Thrushes, Sparrowhawk, Peregrine, Hobby, Green Sandpiper, 13 Golden Plovers and 2 Little Egrets.   210 Swallows and 2 House Martins flew north.
