 Rather less about today. 60 Blackbirds, 10 Robins, 4 Chiffchaffs, Blackcap, Goldcrest, 2 Waxwings (different from yesterday), Great Spotted Woodpecker, Jay, 2 Bramblings, 12 Greenfinches, 115 Goldfinches, 20 Chaffinches, Woodcock, 2 Water Rails, 1,400 Golden Plovers, 100 Lapwings, 12 Redshanks, 27 Curlews, 40 Sanderlings, 20 Dunlin, 8 Oystercatchers, 9 Shelducks, 490 Brent Geese, 3 Pink-footed Geese, 2 Little Egrets, 2 Grey Herons, 7 Whooper Swans, 2 Kestrels and 2 Peregrines.

 A few more migrants present today, though the thrushes, in particular, soon moving westwards inland. 170 Blackbirds, Ring Ouzel, Song Thrush, 8 Fieldfares, 2 Redwings, 3 Robins, 50 Chaffinches, 18 Greenfinches, Siskin, 2 Waxwings, Chiffchaff, Woodcock, 2 Merlins, Sparrowhawk, Little Egret, 147 Brent Geese, 150 Pink-footed Geese, 3 Whooper Swans, 130 Lapwings, 300 Golden Plovers, 13 Redshanks, 19 Oystercatchers, 22 Curlews, 61 Dunlin, 5 Shelducks and 12 Common Scoters.

Highlights today were 30 Blackbirds, 2 Ring Ouzels, 4 Chiffchaffs, Blackcap, 5 Long-tailed Tits, 2 Goldcrests, 3 Lapland Buntings, 7 Whooper Swans, Little Egret, 200 Lapwings, 2,500 Golden Plovers, 68 Sanderlings, 55 Dunlin, 45 Oystercatchers, 37 Curlews, Bar-tailed Godwit, 22 Pink-footed Geese, 110 Common Scoters, 8 Gannets, 11 Red-throated Divers, 17 Cormorants and 3 Guillemots.
 
A ringing session produced a Ring Ouzel and a Portuguese ringed Chiffchaff.

Better conditions brought some improvement. 1,100 Pinkfeet flew south, also 85 Blackbirds, 2 Redwings, 3 Fieldfares, 3 Song Thrushes, 7 Robins, 6 Goldcrests, Chiffchaff, Blackcap, Woodcock, Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Water Rails, 170 Lapwings, 28 Curlews, 18 Redshanks, 18 Shelducks, 90 Brent Geese, 5 Little Egrets, 24 Oystercatchers, 60 Common Scoters and 7 Whooper Swans.
